Our Partnerships
Celebrating the meaningful connections and shared commitment of local organizations working together to strengthen access to care and support the well-being of our Northern communities.
Expanding Access to Mental Health Care in the North
Galia Wellness Services is actively engaged in proposals and discussions with several Community and Indigenous organizations to make licensed psychotherapy accessible and affordable for Manitoba residents.
Our goal is to reach those who often fall through the cracks—individuals without medical coverage, those facing long waitlists, limited local resources, or a lack of trust in outside providers who aren’t rooted in their communities.
Finances should never be a barrier to receiving quality mental health care.
If your organization is interested in partnering with Galia Wellness Services to support this vital and meaningful work, please contact us to arrange a meeting.
Together, we can create lasting, community-based solutions for mental wellness in Northern Manitoba.
Wabowden Community Council
Wabowden Community Council was the first to partner with Galia Wellness Services, embracing the vision from the very beginning. Their support included donating office space and resources, providing letters of support, and passing an official policy resolution to help ensure services were available to their community as quickly as possible.

Thompson Public Library
The Thompson Public Library partners with Galia Wellness Services to help make mental health support more accessible for families in our community. Caroline visits the library regularly to offer family-friendly presentations, story and craft times focused on emotional wellbeing, and confidential Pathway to Care consultations in a private space. By opening its doors in this way, the library helps remove barriers that can prevent families from seeking support, creating a welcoming and familiar place where people can learn about mental health and connect with services when they need them. - Partner since 2026
North Centre Mall
Galia Wellness Services is grateful for the support of North Centre Mall in Thompson, whose leadership recognized the significant need for accessible mental health services in Northern communities.
By providing office space within the mall, this partnership helps remove barriers to care and creates a welcoming, convenient location where individuals and families can access support close to home.
